Indian Cooking Class

Join Culinary Instructor, Nicole Hed, at DeGrood’s Home Store for an introductory cooking lesson on Indian cooking. This class will focus on Indian spices, how they are utilized, which ones are best kept in the kitchen, and techniques on getting the best flavor from your dishes.
Batatyachi Bhaji: Simple, quick, tasty, potato stir fry
Chicken Makhani: Succulent chicken pieces wrapped in a buttery combination of tomatoes, aromatics, and cream.
Gulab Jamun: Traditional Indian dessert of spongy milk balls rolls in a sticky sweet syrup.
