Jill Anderson Jill Anderson is the chef/owner of a Pinch of Thyme, a personal chef and food service consulting business based in Sleepy Eye, MN.  When Jill isn’t working with clients, she enjoys teaching culinary classes and has written two cookbooks based on her popular instruction.  Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in culinary arts, an MBA and is currently studying for an advanced chef certification from the Culinary Institute of America.  Jill has also volunteered in a grassroots program Ground to Gourmet that promotes sustainable, local agriculture.

THAI NOODLES:  There are so many wonderful Thai dishes that include noodles.  We will make the most common noodle dish, Pad Thai, but river noodles, gaeng daeng glass noodles, and long life noodles are also on the menu.  MARCH 16   $40

WINE PAIRINGS—PINOT NOIR:  Pinot Noir has been called the cross-dresser of the wine world—it’s a medium-tannin red that is crisp and soft enough to go with “white wine dishes”.  We will be pairing four different pinots with braised snapper with caramelized pears; blackberry lamb chops; white truffle scented ravioli; and Swedish meatballs.  MARCH 30   $50
